Mums and persimmons, two great Fall items. The mums have so many more colors than at first glance. I did this one and then another larger version which will be available at the Mobile Botanical Garden s fall sale in conjunction with Chesser studio project during LODA this Friday. Several artists work will be available. The show is titled "Lea-ving" some of the artists involved are: Julie Day, Mary Elizabeth Kimbrough, Vikki Turner Finch, Wayne McNeil, Rachel Wright, Kate Seawell, and Val Webb. Part of the sale of each art piece will go to the Botanical Gardens... If you haven't been out there ...do- its beautiful! And please come out to the art walk, it makes you feel good about our little city!
